This project was such a pleasure to see transform. Our clients loved their 1910 Victorian, but the kitchen was dark, with an inefficient layout, not-so-private bathroom, and multiple entrances creating heavy traffic flow through the center of the working space - see before images at end of page. The full scope of this project included a finished lower level (family room, office, bedroom & bath), full kitchen remodel with a large deck out the back, full upper level bath remodel, and an addition of all three levels. This addition created much needed storage on the lower level, a mudroom/back entry on the main level with powder bath and re-configured stair location, and made space upstairs for a second office, laundry, and 3/4 bath.
