From the beginning consultation to the final walk-through, I have only praise… Emily, immediately understood the look I was going for and her vision was perfect….We ran into a snag when a load-bearing beam was uncovered in a soffit that I wanted removed. Within 24 hours, Emily presented me with 3 options for adjusting the design. I made my choice, new plans were drawn up and work continued without affecting our schedule.

The entire building process flowed seamlessly and I honestly can not think of one negative in regards to working with Emily Schwamb… we met weekly to discuss what was coming up and how soon decisions needed to be made.
